Arranging your furniture so that your home shows at it’s best can really help buyers see its true value. New paint in those areas that are showing wear or looking old will help brighten your space.

The first thing and last thing all potential buyers see is the outside of your home. Make sure your landscaping is tidy and well maintained. Make sure your front door and any needed areas are painted fresh and in good repair. Give your potential buyers a positive first impression and one that they will remember when they leave.

Pricing it Right

Pricing your home appropriate for the current market conditions and keeping the appearance of your home in perfect condition will get you the most activity on your home. Once we are approach the marketing stage I will be continuously available to assist you and prepare for the best presentation of your home for the market. If needed, I can also recommend the best resources for contractors or other professionals needed to perform repairs or improvements prior to listing your home. Once listed, expect the most traffic in the first two or three weeks after going on the market.

Offers on your home will vary in price, contingencies and timing. Multiple offers often occur and we will discuss with you the best strategies needed on how to deal with those offers that in the end will get you the best price for your home.
